Shipping destinations and charges

We accept orders only for eligible addresses with an available shipping method at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available to eligible addresses in the following destinations: (a) the contiguous U.S. states other than Nebraska and Oklahoma; (b) Washington, D.C.; and (c) American Samoa, Guam, and the Federated States of Micronesia.

A fixed shipping charge of US$39 applies to eligible addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Palau, and the U.S. military delivery regions of Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. Available shipping methods and final charges are displayed at checkout.

Expedited shipping is not available. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Order processing time

Paid orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time and transit time are separate.

Estimated delivery time

For eligible contiguous U.S. destinations, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment. This is a transit estimate, not a guarantee of delivery within 2–5 days after placing an order.

Delivery estimates for other destinations vary. If no estimate is provided at checkout, please contact support before ordering. Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, and other events outside our control may affect the estimate.

Address changes, order changes, and cancellations

Check the shipping address before placing an order. To request an address change, item change, or cancellation, contact support as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment has started or the order has shipped.

Delivery concerns and contact

If an order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact us with the order number so we can review the shipment and help determine the next step.
